AHS Warranty assigned my Repair Request to these guys. Within a week they sent someone to diagnose my washer. According to Tech, a bad part needed to be ordered. After another 10 days, they scheduled someone to come fix it. Nobody Showed up, yet they closed the Order and sent closing Emails as if they completed the work. Dear Appliance Guard Pro, I called you and nobody answered, I left a Voicemail to Leslie and Nobody has called me back. From other reviews I can tell this is not your first time doing this. So I'll warn you that if I don't receive a call by Monday I'll file a complaint with the BBB and I will get in touch with The Nevada Attorney General to report your business practices, and if needed, I will proceed with litigation. My Kenmore Elite refrigerator stopped making ice. It will not dump the cubes into the ice bin making ice available to use. I have Fidelity National for my home warranty, I called them about this issue and they sent out Appliance Guard Pro. Appliance Guard Pro replaced the ice maker, but the refrigerator is still doing the same thing. Called them and advised that it is not fixed. This is the kicker - they sent me a TEXT MESSAGE! It was from Ron Hamer, and it read... "We will not be able to send a technician out to your home as he no longer knows the issue of the ice maker; you will have to contact you home warranty and have a different vendor go out to your home." So, if you use Appliance Guard Pro, and they replace a part and it doesn't work - you have to find another vendor?! How are they still in business? If you need more than a replacement part, do not use Appliance Guard Pro. Service: Refrigerator repair

We went through our home warranty and we were assigned an appointment without contact first. Then the day before they rescheduled the appointment. They never showed up. Meanwhile received a text/email requesting info on "how was our service?". This occurred on Sunday so Monday morning tried to call them. Option 1 (other warranty company) mailbox full. Option 2 (another warranty company) mailbox full. Option 3 - all others - picks up, puts you on hold then hangs up. Left a message for the supervisor and have not received call back yet. In all fairness it's only been an hour. Checked the website and according to them our work status is "done". They never even showed up. I don't know if this is some scam to get money without doing the work but seems awful fishy to me. This company obviously can't be trusted, can't get a hold of them and seems like they are not trustworthy. For a small business you would think that they would want to give good service for referrals, etc. This was through a home warranty program so maybe we're a different class of people. Would not ever use this company. Did see a previous review and it was "no show" comment. Should probably listen to these reviews. Service: Washer/dryer repair
