APC the absolute best! They exhausted every resource they had to help us find a 40 year old oven knob. Ive been coming to this store for 25 years and have never been disappointed with their ability to help me find a part. Their advice is invaluable.

After diagnosing the problem as a need for a control box replacement, I was advised to have someone install it. I took it upon myself to make the control box accessible, doing most of the work. During the phone conversation, I was not provided with an estimate due to the possibility of additional work being required. However, when the technician arrived, he confirmed the need for a control box and assured me that the job could be completed within 30 minutes. I requested a quote, prompting the technician to leave the premises and consult someone over the phone. I was taken aback when the technician returned with a quote of $700 for the control box installation. I found this amount to be exorbitant considering the time it would take and the cost of the control box itself. The technician even felt the price was high. He said hed get paid regardless of if I went forward with the $700 quote.It would have been appreciated if your pricing had been more transparent, even if it was just an estimate. Knowing the potential cost, I would not have agreed to pay the initial $125.

I needed a A/C unit for my workshop. Talked to Don about my requirements. He asked a number of questions to get me to the right system for my needs. I appreciate his educated response to my questions. The installation team were on time, professional, and polite. The entire experience was positive. The installation was very clean and I will use this company for my heating and cooling systems moving forward.
