I was only at the complex for a year and that was WAY too long! Now when you start living in fear of where you are staying and somewhere you are suppose to call home, then it is time to go!! The residents were so strange, and sketchy! I was placing a box in my car in the parking lot and this resident walks up close behind me, past my car, staring at me.. No idea why he wanted to walk in the parking lot so close to me and my car when there was a sidewalk.. I was so mad at myself for having my back turned, even at 4pm in the afternoon! You had to watch your surroundings. This complex has NO SECURITY CAMERAS ANYWHERE! I was so spooked out, I never went back.. I left a whole 2 months before my lease was even up! These men at this complex were so scary. Another one was just walking around just swearing at people. Maybe tourettes? Everyone avoided him. I also had a small rock area in my front of my door and would stay in front of the door while my dog used the restroom.Once this guy, walking by gave me such a dirty evil look, I hurried my dog back in the house. The walkway is only 3 feet from my door, so I moved into the house quickly but these men here are just evil. No one ever smiled at me here. You had a couple a few doors down that were always fighting and yelling at each other. Then my neighbor got into with him and I am in my apartment listening to them ready to fight. A fight didn't break out but was really close too.. I was in the laundry room with another gentlemen, and I watch a guy walking in the parking lot looking into the room. As I am putting my clothes in the dryer, he comes back around the opposite direction now, and is actually walking past the door, staring in at me. Another creepy moment. I am so glad someone was in the laundry room with me. I didn't even let my clothes dry.. I started going to my mom's house to wash clothes.The laundry area has no cameras so if anything came up missing, oh well. No evidence. If anything happened to your car, did I mention, no cameras? Sometimes In the mornings when I was leaving for work, police cars would drive through, just scanning the parking lots. I had no idea why, but also made me feel worried. The studios are very very old. Yellow stains all over the tile. No washer and dryers. The carpet has stains and very ugly old brown color. The appliances are from the 80's. The maintenance team were good and polite. If you had a issue, they didn't take long to fix it. Another pro to this place. No noise. No loud music. No noisy neighbor that watched his tv with a theater sound system. I was paying $610 for a studio apartment and that was still to high for this place. If you ever stayed in a dumpy motel on the side of the road.. and enjoyed it.. you'll love living here. This company should be really embarrassed of this complex. It needs a lot of love and upgrading. Maybe a more serious background check for your residents too...

Delivered some delicious Papa John's pizza here, a little hard to find the exact apartment, but nice property.
