Roach infested, an mice in the courtyard. If you have a problem, the leasing manager will hideout at their other property, until he thinks you have fixed your issue. The laundry area is always filthy. The residents are loud and unruly on the weekend, bc the leasing office is closed. The police are constantly called out. There are residents on parole an house arrest. The property is surrounded by gate entrances, you constantly hear the gates slamming.

From what i understand management has changed and many of the reviews are from before the switch over. I just recently renewed my lease here and have a lovely time here. Management and the maintenance man has always come day of to help woth any issues i have had and worked around my graveyard schedule to help. Whatever roach problem there was has been worked on by management and no bed bug issues. The community is super welcoming and friendly. The biggest complaint i have is that the walls are thin, so be prepared to get something to cancel noise. Location is easily walking distance to the arts district and anything fun there. Downtown is also super close but far enough away that aside from Life is Beautiful will be quiet.

Average apartments. The walls are somewhat thin. You can hear music/loud conversations. The neighbors are hit and miss. Lightly ratchet sometimes but overall chill. I don't like that all the gates need a key. You can't order food without going downstairs.
