It is a horrible place to. My daughter and I have been there for six months. 1st the AC didn't work. Then it started raining back in October and roof made a hole in the ceiling and has been leaking every since. Then once it started getting cold the heat did not and still does not work. We have requested a number of work orders via their website, phone calls and email. Also, someone threw a rock and broke the bedroom window and we are still waiting on the repairs. They did respond last week with "Good Afternoon Ms. Mc Clain, I understand you are upset and wanted to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. After reviewing work orders, I was able to see staff have attempted to make repairs with no resolution. My maintenance supervisor and I have communicated in reference to the concerns in your unit and we have the following for you. I have scheduled your window replacement with Lima's Glass for tomorrow 03/03/23. The maintenance supervisor will stop by your apartment today to address your heater not working. We are working with vendors to get estimates to have the roof repairs made as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to making things right."
