This place is quite clean, and has good security camera coverage. Seem to be pretty quite when I was visiting, and the residents were nice.

This place is the worst the customer’s service is 0/10 and the Maintainace of this property is so bad they want you to pay more but they could not maintain their property well maintained.

Karen "property management" is nothing but a thug. She is almost never in the office, she aimlessly roams the grounds claiming to be working for hours at a time. The only concern she has for any of her residents is to collect money or evict. Ive never missed a payment and never complained about the numerous issues with the apartment, and yet ive had at least THREE eviction notices, ranging from parking to missing a non payment related deadline "by days." Keep in mind ive been here about two months now.Her customer service is AWFUL, she is easily upset and has no problem slamming the phone to hang up on you. My advice? Move ANYWHERE else, they claim this place is "lovely" 😂😂 its painted orange and looks like little mexico "the ghetto part." If i were her manager i would have a SERIOUS discussion with her about her abominable "customer service" and lack of concern to do her job.
