I must admit that anytime you are looking for an apartment to rent, alot of questions and concerns come up. Although the staff today is new from when I initially moved in, I would like to say that it is probably the least stress I've had in the last year and few months. I had one issue with my apartment, and it was minor and resolved immediately. My communication whether via email, by phone or in person has always been with complete transparency and respect. I did just move out, and it was due to personal reasons, which left me no choice. But if I hadn't left, I would have stayed at Jovanna. This place was home, and it always felt like home. Thank you for giving me a quiet place, where I could call home and rest on my evenings and days off. To the staff, you are very kind and I would vouch for you anytime.

Terrible place to reside. In October 2017, the office stated that I had 30 days to remove my belongings, after my eviction. I went back in 2 weeks (15 days) and my neighbors told me the maintenance and office moved my things out but one of the managers, at the time, said that she didn't know what happened to my belongings and no one from the office has been in my apartment. Lies!!! I had 2 witnesses. Clothes, furniture, TV all stolen by the people in the office. DO NOT move to Jovanna. They are crooks!!!
