I have been with this company for 2 years and do not believe they deserve this rating! My pool motor was squealing about 2 months ago and before I could call, Kyndra was already on the phone letting me know. She is personable and pleasant to talk to. They were always out in a few days to fix the issue. And this was just the office! My pool is also pristine after the cleaner leaves and it sure is a mess after the wind blows.

I just called customer services again to let them know, that the pool was not clean after the pool guy left the house. In stead of apologize or be understanding, they did not take my word for it, although we have been customers there for quite some time. Next time the pool guy comes over, we might have to look him over the shoulder to make sure the job is done. And take photos so the office believes what we're saying. I cannot recommend this pool service to anyone.

We had great service for the first year of service. Then suddenly this past summer we had green algae then black algae. Not to mention, no one showed up to clean. No matter what I did I could NOT get it cleaned. Not until my husband came home from working out of town , did he find that the main filter had not been cleaned in quite some time so the water was unable to get cleaned. Fast forward a couple of months, I was happy with the service and no one has cleaned in the last couple of weeks. I called to inquire and was told the tech showed up and GPS verified them being here. But the SAME dirt piles and debris were in the same exact spots as before I inspected. I actually had to clean out the water filter baskets myself. The ONLY reason I haven’t fired them is because we’re renting and it’s totally up to the owners and we HAVE to comply with their wishes. 😡. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
