        Fantastic, a dream customer serviceI was told by a machine that I have to wait approximately 4 hours to talk to a human, who might be able to help me, or might notno call back option its available, like most decent air flight companies are now offering I have an emmergency and I cant wait for 4 hours to talk to someone, my problem cant be solved onlineI have tried to reach out a staff member directly at the airport, she was extremely rude and didnt want to listen to me when I tried to address my issue. I am very overwhelmed and disappointed, and Ill never book a flight through this company again
