Just had our gas fireplace repaired by Vegas Valley Air. Our technician, Eric, called when he was on his way and showed up within the appointment window. Very professional. Was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Then walked us through the proper operation. Did a carbon monoxide check before leaving. Very satisfied with the service. Cost was very reasonable.

Great experience with Vegas Valley Air. Eric was a great help and got my fireplace up and running and looking better than ever! He knows his stuff and was able to give me a bunch of info about my fireplace and how to care for it. I would most certainly do business with them again!

Great service! I called Vegas Valley Air to find out how much they charge for somone to come out and diagnose my gas fireplace. Two technicians were at my house in about 30 minutes and my fireplace was repaired and working 30 minutes later. Office staff and technicians were very professional. I highly recommend Vegas Valley Air!

Came and looked at my fireplace. Stated it would need new glass, new gas assembly and original logs. Called and said 2 out of the 3 were available but would not fix without all 3 being available. Still charged me $119 fee though. So bottom line... couldn't fix the fireplace but still charged me.

Without the long story all you need to know is they are the best in the business. You can trust Vegas Valley Air to send you the right people on time and they won't try an up-sell you on repairs not needed! Don't waist your time and money go straight to Vegas Valley Air!!!
