When it comes time to replace your furnace and air conditioner it can be stressful because it is a large purchase. So we shopped around and our neighbor across the street recommended we call Infinity: we ended up interviewing 3 different companies. Infinity came in well below one and comparable to the 3rd. We ended up choosing them firstly because they had the best warranty of 10 years on labor compared to only 2 years the other companies were offering. But what sealed the deal was the customer service; from our initial consultation all the way to installation they made us feel valued and heard. On the day of the install they were on time, took care of business and cleaned up as if they were never there. We were as pleased with them as much as our neighbor was and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services in the valley.
