As tax time comes close again I am reminded of the selfish and rude service Anita Santaana gave us many years ago due to her rivalry with an ex employer/employee you may preach professionalism all you want but your characteristics that day when you halted processing my late parents taxes and denying completion process due to your rivalry showed how much of a two faced wretch you are. Don't be deceived by this company people read the reviews and go elsewhere.

This is my second year they screwed our taxes. Last year, they forgot to fIle it electronically and only did it by mail 10 days after which made us get our refund 8 WEEKS LATE .This year, after charging me $580 plus, Anita promised I would get my refund in advance and to come back in 3 days. Its been two weeks and no refund and she is giving all kind of different excuses using a foul tone irately. What an unprofessional way of doing business. If you want a maximized and QUICK REFUND, a professional service with no stress, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ate Anita has been doing my taxes for almost 20 years now. Personal and business. Never had any issues and always on point. Great  costumer service and Staff. Highly recommended to everyone!!!
