01/21/22: I was walking around Terminal 1 before my flight and got some Baja Fresh for dinner. I got the steak taco combo with flour tortilla, onions, cilantro and sides of pinto beans and rice. The rice was bland, dry, and flavorless. The pinto beans were ok and much better than. The rice. The steak tacos were also ok in flavor, but was a little over cooked and salty. For airport food, Baja Fresh was fast and below average. Just wish there was better food choices at this airport, specifically Terminal 1.

Stopped here for lunch today , and it was amazing. The shrimp quesadilla was delicious, and very friendly and nice service! Would definitely stop by again but was only here for a layover. Highly recommend!
