    My appointment was at 2pm and the time of check in at 1:30 pm, I arrived at 12:45 and they treated me until 2:35 pm !!!!!!! It's already 4:05 pm I'm just getting out of an emoray exam. the doctor who treated me hurt me with an injection that he put before me, do not come to this place, they are not professionals

    Robin V Woike I had an MRI today at 2:30 pm. While friendly, the technician did not tell me until after I panicked that the total time for a with AND without contrast MRI would be over 2 hours. He repositioned me after 20 minutes and restarted. He gave good instructions for 30 mins but then vanished. I had NO PANIC BUTTON and was unable to move as I was strapped in like a mummy. My pain became so severe that I was crying and yelling for help. Nobody heard me so I eventually was able to rock the table out of the machine. That finally brought help. No patient should EVER BE LEFT ALONE in a closed MRI! What if I had vomited and choked? I have had 10 MRI's and haven't had complaints. How unprofessional and Dangerous! If they try to charge me any more $, I will go to the AMA Professional Standards.

    Was greeted promptly by the front desk. All the staff were courteous. They had to call the office of the ordering physician to clarify my order so that I had the appropriate test done. They apologized for the delay even though it wasn't their fault! My financial obligation was thoroughly explained to me before the test was done. They made the stressful process of having a medical test done go very smoothly.

    I have never had such a negative experience with medical office. For one I called them at 452pm yesterday to confirm my appt. I was to arrive at 930 for a 10am appt. I show up right at 930 and the front desk girl said “oh” as soon as I heard that I was livid. You’re gonna tell a pregnant lady who drove 20 minutes here that their ultrasound tech was out. You didn’t know this 8 minutes before closing yesterday? No one even tried to call me to inform me. I hope the front desk girl finds a new career field because she had no sympathy. This all good have been solved with a phone call which they failed to do. Sadly I am going back to try round 2 on Monday. Now I’m waiting to get double booked for Monday. We shall see. But if you can go somewhere else. Don’t give these people your business.
