Bryan Dixon completely ripped me off. He stole $5k from me and did nothing. Before taking on my case he charged me a $5k retainer fee. I was in the process of moving at the time and asked if we could push things back which he said was no problem. 12 months go by I then get contcted by a random tax company saying there has been a federal lien filed against me. I reach out to Bryan and come to find out he shut his doors and is no longer in business. Never once did I recevie any type of notification from anyone in his firm about this. Now I'm out $5k and have a federal lien filed against me.

I am very impressed and thankful for the professionalism and knowledge Mr. Dixon has. He assisted my business in proving that a state tax assessment for many thousands of dollars was done incorrectly and that my business did not owe anything. He was a tremendous strength and resource in what was a difficult position for my small business. Mr. Dixon helped me resolve a tax problem that I didn't even know about until I received letters from the IRS saying I owed money. My CPA looked at IRS rules and said I should pay the money because the IRS had given exact instructions on the issue. In my first meeting with Mr. Dixon, he took the time to learn all about my problem and asked for details regarding important facts unique to my circumstances. I could tell that he really was thinking through all the options before giving me several options on what I could do, along with all the pros and cons with each option. In the end, Mr. Dixon explained that the IRS rules were not the law and that the IRS was going against decisions by judges. I decided to have Mr. Dixon help me and clearly told me what I had to give him to help him do the job and explained certain things that his firm didn’t need to do and how it would save me money.
I really appreciated the fact that he kept me involved in the process and let me know what was happening on my case. He always called or emailed me back when I had a question. With his attention to detail Mr. Dixon was able to figure out how the IRS was wrong and that I was actually owed money. All in all, Mr. Dixon found-out the best way to solve the problem and got me a great result. I am grateful to him and recommend Mr. Dixon for any tax problem.
