A very professional team working there. Took time to explain the ins and outs, costs, where to go inside and important details. They were really helpful and very personable. The process was quick and easy. I noticed they really seemed to care and were on the same page with each other. Just made for a good, kind and professional experience.

Scummy company! Leaser beware! They hide this language into your contracts and exactly 2 months later from signing up they try and raise your rates by double! They went from $99 to $178 a month for a 10x10. Here is the kicker - its $74/month online!! Be careful! After complaining not only did management first try and offer $30 off (from 178 LOL?). Multiple times 2 managers told me these are "promotional rates" although not in a single place does it state that they plan on raising rates they only have this language once in their entire contract! 2 months to the date they mailed me raising rents!!!! Unreal and if you think this won't happen to you the Manager said they RAISE ALL RATES 2-5 MONTHS AFTER SIGNING UP. THEY DONT TELL YOU ITS A PROMOTION AND JUST RAISE RATES
