She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from simple and difficult things to fix, to making an offer, to working with the lender. Stacey was always available to answer our many questions. We are endlessly grateful to have had her as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. Therron Johnson was our agent for purchasing a new home. I strongly recommend to not use him or this company. Communication was terrible from the beginning with him. The house we wanted to buy was owned by open door and we had to figure out how to contact them and let him know how to reach them. Should have known from this point there would be trouble. Paperwork was always just emailed over and no attempt to walk us through anything unless we pressed him for it. The worst part about dealing with him was the day of closing he brought a $4,500 charge on us. The issue seemed to be that open door didn't cover the full 3% he was supposed to receive. This would have been fine but he did not catch this until the day of closing. This is something an agent should know about and bring up far in advance. Because of this charge we were not able to close on our home. Eventually we got them to take the charge off the closing paperwork and had to agree to pay it separately. Stay away from Therron and this company. You are better off being your own agent because that is basically what you get with them.

I received a spam call from this number at this location (despite the fact that I am on every Do Not Call list available and have never done any business or inquiry through this company) about selling my home at my old neighborhood. I explained that I am not a homeowner, that the house they are talking about is my parents, and that I don't even live in the state they are talking about anymore. In fact, I haven't lived there for some time. I also explained that he was calling me at work and I didn't really have time to talk. The employee spam calling me said the reason I'm not a homeowner is my nasty attitude and then hung up on me. This call was beyond ridiculous and this company has absolutely no ground to stand on when their unsolicited spam calls are not well received. Especially when I hadn't even gotten to the part where I actually get rude with them because they don't take no for an answer.
