I have used the Honest Plumber services for a few years for various wears and tears around the house. They are very professional and helpful, not over priced. Highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for sending out Bo to handle the job! Bo is very knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. He did an amazing job replacing the sprinkler valves. So thankful to have working sprinklers again. I will definitely contact you guys again for future use.

They charged me $80 to fix a shower head. Well they charge over $300 but that’s all we paid of our home warranty deductible. It probably should have just been $80 but they take advantage of the system. But anyway… During the repair the installer damaged an aeration pipe. Didn’t say anything and just left. When I noticed the leak and called them. They came out, took a photo of it and left. Didn’t even seal the leak until it got fixed. Called us and said our home warranty wouldn’t cover that and just left. We said we didn’t care we wanted it fixed it was a small issue, they caused. They denied it. Our warranty told us they would pay for it. They still denied our warranty wouldn’t while not even attempting to fix the leak. I called a different Plummer who fixed it in 5 minutes. Honest Plummer still charged me $80 just to come out and take a photo and send it to my insurance. They also said I didn’t pay the installer $80 in cash when he finished the original shower head job. Which is false. We even provided our insurance with a receipt from the job. These are scam artists who are also terrible Plummer’s. Don’t let them anywhere near your house. They will cause more damage then originally was there then charge you even more to come back and look at it. Since when did estimates cost $80 in plumbing? These people LiTTERaLY got out of their car, walked to the side of my house, took a picture of a leak they caused, drove off and charged me $80. $80 to tell my insurance they weren’t going to fix it. Unbelievable. They are lucky they never saw me again. And we challenged the bs fee and won. Never ever ever ever ever call these trash humans. I called another Plummer who said he had no idea what Honest Plummer was talking about, home warranty’s cover aeration pipes and he’d never heard of anything like they were saying. Then he went onto say he fixed honest Plummer’s messes daily and they shouldn’t even be in business. So other companies even know all about honest Plummer’s scams.
