After being rear ended and spun out, I was referred to Justin by a friend who has used his service and is also in his BNI group. At first I wasn't sure if I needed a lawyer or not. Justin suggested if I woke up in the next day or two after feeling anything but 100% to go see a physician and call him. Sure enough, I woke up the next morning with a piercing headache and a tweaked back. My chiropractor was able to deduce where my car was hit and the direction it spun just based on where my pain and problems were. It took several months of negotiations as the person at fault's insurance company didn't want to pay the full amount. However, they were eventually able to negotiate to include pay for my lost wages, and the insurance company paid the full amount of the policy. Not all lawyers are dishonest. Cory Jones was my attorney briefly for a personal injury case some time ago. I was unaware that additional money was leftover in my case and he was unable to find me when I moved.
