Regus - Nevada, Henderson - The District at Green Va

A real shame I never read the reviews before starting to rent. Moved in. No A/C for the first week and very spotty WiFi. After requesting monetary compensation (after all, we paid a solid $4000 deposit that showed we were a serious business), they said they couldnt do anything more than give us free coffee. They blamed the AC technicians and COX WiFi which was surprisingly weird as they obviously are subletting and not the owners. Since then, Ive kept my mouth shut as they just give you extreme attitude. To contrast: our office branch in New York had one tiny leak and they refunded two weeks rent. I guess it all depends on how much competition there is in the area. Hoping for a more stable future!

My time there was okay. The problem is that when you leave, Regus starts playing games with the termination Date/Billing etc. I should have read the reviews here before signing a 1 year lease. I was charged for an extra month @ $500 after closing my failed business. They charged me for July which was after receiving notice that they were ending my agreement on 06/30/2023. My advice is to go elsewhere where honesty and morals are an important part of the business plan. Regus is on my list and stay away so they do not end up on yours!

Filled a form to inquire. Got a call from a corporate office in NYC. Had no idea who I was and what area I was looking for. Quoted me over $2000/Month for a single person office. Person on the phone had NO IDEA of the Henderson Nevada area, nor concern about leasing any place. Little did she know I was considering a larger space but was testing the waters. Don't waste your time
