TOL Designs - Motorcycle Shop

I live in Australia. I purchased TOL Designs tail lights for the custom build of my bike. Including freight I paid over $700.00 . It has been more than 6 months and nothing. I have written multiple emails to TOL Designs including screen shots of the receipt and order acknowledgement/ confirmation that they received my payment etc. Still NO REPLY and NO GOODS SUPPLIED. I also telephoned TOL Designs in the USA on multiple occasions leaving polite recorded messages in relation to my purchase. Only ever answered by a recorded message regardless of me calling during THEIR STATED BUSINESS HOURS. I always believed TOL Designs to have quality products and to be an ethical company. Not so. I have given up receiving the TOL Designs product and / or receiving a refund. I have also given up waiting for the courtesy of a response. I gave TOL Designs 1 star. Only because it would not allow me to give zero stars. I recommend you think carefully before risking your money on a purchased you may well never receive. Regards : Phil Ecob

i wouldn't pay these guys to change my oil! my buddy had them do the whole big front tire big bag thing to his bike with a custom paint job, it took almost two years before it kinda ran right, after numerous issues with "the builder". This company is garbage and a an embarrassment to be calling themselves a custom bike builder.
