They stole my home and destroyed my life while they sit back and have no remorse then they enjoy talking about the tenants after they leave. This place needs shut down. I lived there for 10 years with my family .( Together) now my family has been torn apart in different states. I owned my home never missed a payment . And they still pulled shady dealings and took my home. Very few are trustworthy. And theft is high speeding cars are a issue. They choose n pick whom rules apply too. And the plumbing is out of date and against code . No wheelchair access for Laundry .roads are a mess and the place is not lit properly for safety ...joke

here at alta vista mobile home park we have a great new landlady and her great husband mark the maintenence man they have recently taking on there roles as landlady and maintenance man , they have lived in the park for some time before their latest adventure! they have made the park so much better to live! Yeah i know ive gone on and on about them but its hard not to share these two great people! keep.up the great job!
