MSC Merchant Service Center

This immature company, DO NOT fall to there promisses! I have 2 accounts with them, one is working, the other one is not working for several months. Nobody cares! I have no way to charge any credit card for a few months, lost so many clients because of them. I requested to cancel for a several months, they are just avoiding me! Still charging me for a service I am not getting! Plus, they didn't tell me that I am paying $900 a year for PCI, something that can be done in 30 minutes! Another annual fee of $160 ish, without letting me know. And $10 fee monthley for wireless fee that my device is not working for several months, and have no SIM card in this device since day 1st! why am I pay for?

I am complain about employee Ian Gonalez who contantly keep call our company phone line and cell phone after we told him when we are ready to switch to merchant service we will call you. He don't understand. I decided to email employee and let's him know that it affecting our company and it annoying. Ian agree to stop calling. Month late he did same thing but worst then before. Please resolved this matter or awhile we will report to agency. Thanks!

I was only with msc merchant service center for 1 month. First month I was told $9.95 per mo and that was it NOTHING MORE. First bill was $85.13. There answer was A) card branded fees were not their control, B) the 2.99% passed on to the customer was add to my bank and at the end of the month I need to give that back. C) you agreed to the 80 pg electronic contract. Biggest problem is they are fully aware that adding 2.99% to a sale and at the end of the month taking 2.99% away from the TOTAL sale is not the same this is how they get to take more of your money. Then they threaten you with a law suit because you signed their 80+ pg contract.

be aware from them they are big scammers, and they lie a lot to people they charge my account over $1000 for nothing. read BBB comment most the people give the 0 star the machine has not been hooked still in the box we never used it at all i can approve it to any one any way customer be aware from them seriously the are scammers (be aware)

A very quick and speedy resolution is their goal they will help you all the way and always it gives a favorable outcome to the company. They will save you money too! MSC Team Support always offering you the best solution for your business, they are one of the major big-time cc processors out there, they always deposit the payment on a daily basis and if problem occurred in processing the same day they will resolve it.
