AWFUL course! DON'T TAKE IT HERE! Our teacher stopped the video every couple of minutes to go in depth about the medical aspect of cpr which was really irrelevant and a waste of time. On top of that we could barely understand him because his accent was so heavy and he seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about or doing. He said "I think we have a quiz" when someone asked if we have to take a test at the end. Then, when he was teaching us how many compressions he was getting adult vs child compressions mixed up and didn't think it had any importance if you stuck the pads on before or after turning on the AED. He basically set everyone up for failure, which is scary to think if these people ever need to give you CPR, consider yourself fckd!!! Hah Our teacher was also from a different country and telling us if we had a baby that was unresponsive we should grab it by its feet and hold it upside down, but only if no one else is in the room. As someone who's in the medical field, I know this is wrong, but for others who are younger and not as experienced, they might actually listen to you and take your advice! I've had at least 4 CPR courses over the years and this was by far the worse! Also, they have no sense of urgency in giving you your BLS card so if you need it for work or school plan ahead weeks in advance because you won't receive it any time soon. I asked the woman who signed us in and our teacher if we would be getting our cards that night and the woman said MAYBE tomorrow, while the guy told us we would get it at the end of the class. I called the next day and a not so friendly/helpful woman answered and said we won't be receiving them until MAYBE next week!!! I explained I needed it for work and she could care less. She complained "I don't even have the roster or anything". I don't know what that has to do with you not being able to give 9 people their cards, especially when we took your class in the building your office is in!!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest taking your CPR course elsewhere with individuals who are more professional, punctual, and know what they're talking about. The person in charge of distributing the cards is just lazy and these people are clearly here to just to collect their paycheck! All of the other places I took my CPR classes issued them at the end of the class or the next day! FYI: they will also be raising their prices in Aug (mid aug, I forgot the actual date)

Dr Scott and all the staff here are very friendly and caring. Dr Scotts bedside manner is by far the best I've experienced here in the valley. He is professional, friendly, funny and makes his patients feel comfortable.

Dr. Scott is by far the most compassionate doctor we have gone to. He takes time to listen to your concerns, follows up with patients, and treats you like he would his own family. We drive across town just to see him!!

At first I was like ughhhh a PA he isn'tgoing to help me with my problems with my back and femur cus he is a master nurse but he literally did everything he said he was did all my refills got me all my referalls in quick. Very professional
