I am a novice at these things - I am fortunate I do not visit doctors often, its so rare. Perhaps best to get checkups often, yet I pick this place - A walk in though the door I find many people and long wait. Their internet site gave me the idea that I could explain myself online - they laughed at me when I explained it - I was mislead by that.
Waiting there someone complained they were ahead of someone - Then when I was called someone yelled they were overlooked
I had 4 people come and go in my room - With more confusing things to ask me - I expected them to explain things to me and help me. They did not know how I should pay for this. Then they sent me a bill to pay for it - several times. Each time it wrote this is full payment - I thought it was paid in full - yet they sent me 2 or 3 more later - I can guess it was to pay the 4 people that came and went rather than just one bill to pay - what a strange place. I felt their way of billing me was strange and misleading.
