It is unfortunate that you feel that way Cassandra. It looks like from our photos that there are 50+ guests in for the Packers vs. Niners game that don’t share your feelings on the venue.Although you came in during shift change and were not served immediately due to the fact that there are multiple things that the staff must take care of before continuing to serve guests. Your patience and understanding seems more the issue at hand because once shift change had taken place you were served in the order in which you arrived compared to other guests. You were also told that we’d be right with you shortly after meeting with the gentleman in your group on the far end of the bar.We hope this experience did not ruin your annual trip and wish you a safe journey home.
