        Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Abby. Dealing with any type of collections agency is never pleasant but she was 100% cordial and provided excellent customer service. I called with a purpose of paying a debt and she informed me of another. There was no immediate pressure to have to pay the other debt off right this second but she gave me the details and resources I needed to set up payments if necessary. I ultimately just wanted to give her kuddos on her performance. If she’s a reflection of the company itself, I advise others to just call them and work on your accounts. They aren’t the nightmare collections agency we’ve all become accustomed to.
