This place is AWFUL!!!!! Me and my husband have spent thousands in this store and when his wedding band wasn't the correct size, they refused to return it for another size. He wore is 6 TIMES and they said they saw little nicks in it under their loops. Its in pristine condition. They don't care about losing a client. The band was titanium and I'm sure extremely inexpensive for them to return compared to the countless diamond rings my husband has purchased from them. My whole family went there however that is now going to change. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The sales lady was quite pleasant. I brought a Seiko watch in for a crown repair. She said there was a $50 fee for an estimate. I agreed since the watch was over $400 when I received it as a gift 10 months ago. They sent it out for an estimate. They wanted $457 to repair! I couldn't believe the gouging that they tried to pull on me. I'm out $50, but I hope other potential customers that are seeking repairs beware.

I took in a set of silverware and some old yellow gold diamond jewelry last month to sell. They took it upstairs out of my sight to test and weigh it and took an uncomfortably long time to return with an offer. Why they didn't test and weigh it in front of me concerned me. The silverware it was explained was only 70% silver it was marked sterling. I researched sterling before I went out to sell mine it is 92.5% silver. I knew this was false information. I was never given a total weight of my silver to compare offers with other jewelers just a super low price. It was the lowest offer I received so I declined to sell my silver obviously. They verified my diamonds were real but is seams offered pennies on the dollar compared to other jewelers. I didn't sell them any gold either as the gold offer was just a dollar figure no breakdown with weights for each piece. Since I had items marked 14K and 18K I didn't know if they were tested accurately or just made an offer to see if I would take it. The lady that waited on me was very polite but I still left with a bad feeling.
