We recently purchased a home that had prior pet odor that we could not get out no matter how hard we tried. We did some research and eventually found master odor removal and we decided to call and make an appointment. We spoke with Michele who was informative, helpful, and professional. We had our house treated and since have never experienced the horrible smell of pet odor in our house.

A few weeks back, I noticed a foul odor in my vehicle, and I tried everything from air fresheners to getting it professionally cleaned and nothing seemed to work. Called Master Odor Removal based on a recommendation. Best money spent! Had an odor in my home from the prior owner. Couldn’t get rid of it. I wasted money and time trying to get rid of it myself. It only masked the odor for a short time and then it would return. Michele from Master odor removal came in worked her magic and the odor is gone.
