I got to be honest, the wait time on the phone was quite a while. They have to check you in with your phone before they can bring you into the building. But this was a really good place oh, and the wait time is totally worth it. Affordable for folks who don't have insurance, and they didn't treat you like a number

Went in to see if I had bronchitis. As I expected, there were people waiting as soon as it opened. Every one had a range of ailments. I knew the wait time would be at least an hour. The staff was courteous, but make no mistake, this is not disneyland aka happy place. This is a place where the staff deals will illnesses on the daily. Do not expect happy faces. Expect to be seen in a timely manner that is efficient for everyone. My visit with PA Elena Zalan was quick and to the point. She knew what I had and prescribed meds. In fact, she knew the illness affected the entire family. Thank you for making my visit quick and painfree!

My wife and I went to urgent care on December 26, 2019 at the Lake Mead location. She had a sinus infection, which she gets once a year. She asked for a Z-Pack because it works for her. She has used Augmentin and other wide spectrum antibiotics and they have made her sick in the past. She saw Bryan Croft-PA at this location. When she asked for a Z-Pack because it works well for her, he refused to give it to her. He was rude and demeaning and refused to listen to what she was telling him. He gave her Doxycycline instead. Five days later, she called him back to tell him that the medication was making her nauseous and sick everyday and was not helping. Again, he was rude and told her to stop taking it and to go see her primary care physician. We will not go back to this location again.
