She just wants your money. Does not listen when you tell her no. I told her no 2x to staff i didnt want procedures and then she did it anyway and charged me. I will be contacting my insurance and her company for bad practices . Do not go to her!!!

If I could rate this a -5 I would! Terrible attitude from Dr.Carole. She should retire. clearly she is unhappy and is projecting all of the negative energy into the business. Even said dont you feel embarrassed when people see you smile? Like why kind of comment is that? No wonder your eyebrows look sparse and uneven and your husband(s) left you and kids dont like you. Funny how the picture frame is the only thing that has kept the family together because in real life its a mess and your kids just use you for money. As per all other negative reviews, believe them !

Rude dentist! She wants to be the one who decides not the patient. All I need was a filling but she insisted on other procedures first which technically will cost more for the patient and more profit for her. Ended up not having anything done for my teeth. Wasted 2 hours and a day of PTO!! Do not go here!

Definitely look at her ratings and go somewhere else. I've actually never been to a dental office that will not allow you to accompany your minors, especially at age 6, 4 and 3 while they are being examined. She is very rude, will not allow you in the room while she's doing god knows what with your very young children and also fired back at my husband for standing up for his children as he wanted to be with them while they were being examined. Very poor experience. This lady is used to having to snap back and defend her shady practices since it was the first thing her and her staff defaulted to when we had a problem with them doing whatever they were doing with our young kids in the back that we were not allowed to be any part of. Big red flags. To add on to this, she also billed our insurance for cleaning even though we pulled the kids out mid xray and didn't have any cleaning done! It's so sad how you can work as a professional while you and your staff act unethically and make decisions out of spite for others instead of following any moral code of conduct.

Horrible place due to poor practics. Staff seemed friendly enough, however their practices are horrible. My 5 year old son needed to be seen for check up and a couple issues. When he was called the nurse asked me to wait in the waiting room since they were just doing X-rays. However, some time later I asked what was going on as the x-rays should be done by now. I was told he was being examined. So this dentist took it upon herself to examine my child with out me. That is outrageous as he is just a minor at 5 year old. When I asked to go back I was told they had open rooms, so for privacy, I could not. Open rooms don't negate privacy. And secondly no one was in the office. I said I still wanted to go back. The receptionist went to check if I could. She came back to say he was done. None of my issues were addressed. I eventually had to pull iany information out of the receptionist. And they want to just send him somewhere else. I am still waiting over 20 minutes to actually speak to the doctor about my concerns. Because when she was done it seemed she hid until she got a new patient 10 min later. Will find a compassionate dentist who does not partake in illegal activities.
