Horrible experience. No anesthesia to cement crowns, appointments lasting well over 4 hours just to prep 2 teeth for crowns. Assistants consistently cramming the suction tool down my throat, making me gag repeatedly. Had to consistently ask them to rinse and suction my mouth during procedures. Not explaining what was going on or what I wanted to do. Had to repeatedly ask for more anesthesia because procedures took so long. Very amateur staff and consistently understaffed. When my permanent crowns came in, an assistant did all the work. An actual dentist never entered the room. Had to ask numerous times to adjust crowns for bite, each time met with sighs and grumbles.

After arriving to DentalVille about 10 minutes late to my appointment I Was able to seen very shortly. All i had to was update my paperwork, which is only because I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile. though there were others there I was seen a couple minutes after I completed the paperwork. Waiting while i was in the dentist's office wasnt long either and I was treated with care. The rooms, including the waiting room and front office and the hallways appeared clean. Dentists and assistants treated me with care and made sure they had gloves on when they were treating me. I was given good advice on what to do with my teeth and treated with respect. Rather good visit and I will return.

READ BEFORE YOU GO!! This is the first review I have ever wrote, because I feel compelled to do so. I recently went to this Dentalville, and haven't gone there in 6 years. I have been going to a different dentist right next to my orthodontist since I had braces. I ended up going in for a cleaning and they said that I had 3 cavities and around 11 fillings that I've cracked from teeth grinding. FIRST OFF I do not grind my teeth and I don't have that many fillings! They walked in right away talking about payment plans. After telling them I wanted to wait they said they wouldn't do my cleaning because I was just getting over being sick. SO I scheduled an appointment at my other dentist for a second opinion, the one I've been going to for while I had my braces. He said I had 0 CAVITIES and I just needed a cleaning. Do Not Go Here. I was told by my main dental office that they're going out of business as well, I wonder why. JUST A BIG SCAM.
