We had our Monaco Diplomat MoterCoach towed into Serve Pro East Las Vegas during the middle of a nightmare family vacation.( poop flood!) Jim and the office staff and crew really went over the tyop for us. Cold drinks immediately upon arrival. The office staff actually took the wife the nanny and the two young kids to get something to eat while Jim and I went over the disaster! That evening they helped us find accommodations, and Jim and his lovely wife and daughter actually had dinner with us that evening. I didn't know companies existed like this anymore! A nightmare vacation made bearable because of the caring staff at ServePro! If I ever have a need for disaster clean up, Servpro will be my company of choice! thanks again!
