I bought an RDX a couple of weeks ago from Donn. I was happy with the customer service and his quick response as well as the finance office. The owner of the dealership was also cool. Then I had to take my car in for a quick service and Jay and Gus were super quick and helpful. I got a good deal on the car and they were all very patient with me considering how indecisive I was with the purchase as well as the service I was looking to get. Overall I would recommend this store and their service department.

I always like findlay acura but lately not so much there service become expensive and tricky first oil change less than 15k i was told im due to awd service around close to 600 they told me i can do the rear or the front now and it wil be half of rhat so for next time i will do the other half fast forward i asked them about the other half this will a different service advisor he doesn't have a clue what i was talking about ok thats weird then anorher time not to long ago i did the a7 maintenence typical oil change 107 with tire rotations anorher dealer has the same service for 75 with free tire rotation i dont appreciate how they become more expensive than the other dealer in town
