        The employees working at 3:30PM Monday April 5th 2021 are blatantly unprofessional, rude, and completely ignorant to food handling laws, let alone Covid protocol. I cant believe they were hired in the first place, and they have no place still holding a job.

        Due to my mother having cancer she can not wear a mask. she has never been denied service and usually gets a drink to go at the self serve bar. The gal behind the register behind a massive plastic shield and wearing a mask refused service to us for just cups for drinks. Extremely rude to my mother telling her to leave the store then refused to let me buy get the drinks because I was with my mom and I HAD a mask ON. Subway needs to teach their employees customer service and kindness. They should've not be hiring people who are extremely germaphobic or those who have weak immune systems when having to deal with the public.
