Extremely happy with the owner Daniel and his crew. When I called him and told him I wanted to replace my water heater, he suggested a tankless, and I said no for several reasons. He told me to do my research, which I did on the one he was suggesting to install and I was convinced. He was very honest, efficient, professional and did quality work for a fare price. An appointment was made with High Quality Plumbing and Daniel showed up on time, he was very professional and friendly, he knew his business. He repaired my garbage disposal in no time. I would recommend Daniel and High Quality Plumbing to anyone looking for any plumbing issues.

Upon calling High Quality Plumbing I spoke with Daniel. I told him of my problem, he informed me of his hourly rate and his time of availability should I accept his offer. He arrived on time. I explained that my Forced Air Unit system and controller were not responding to the desired temperature settings and yet the FAU was cycling on but without controlled air. Daniel performed a series of troubleshooting test to isolate and finally locate the problem which was a failed 24-volt transformer caused by lack of a inline circuit breaker. I was amazed and impressed at how he quickly analyzed the problem, logically tested and eliminated the possibilities and zeroed in on the defective part and cause. He had a replacement part in his van but needed to purchase an inline breaker fuse, which the original system did not have. He completed the entire job in just under an hour and a half and, had it not needed the inline circuit breaker, it would probably have only taken him an hour. I was extremely pleased with his work performance, his response time and the fact that he came out that night. He also did a free preventive maintenance system check and replaced my FAU air filter. His price was unbelievably fair and he left the work area cleaner than before he had arrived. His work ethics and honesty are refreshing and almost rare in todays service industry.
