We ordered the Platinum Detail ($285.00 · 5 hours 30 minutes): Foam wash, engine degrease/dress, wheel clean, tire/plastic/undercarriage restoration, door jambs, synthetic paste wax, detailed vacuum, shampoo floor mats, seats, carpets, (clean/condition if leather), steam clean door panels, cup holders, vents, dash, center console, headliner, etc. Clean interior windows. -Ozone odor removal (if necessary, removes pet, cigarette odor, removes bacteria build up. Dylan arrived about 1.5 hours late (life happens...got it), and worked on the car for about 3.5 hours. The interior looked pretty good but the outside still had bug grime on the front bumper and grill, the wheels looked largely untouched (I used a dry rag and wiped off a considerable amount of road grime), and we had to finish wiping off the wax on the back of the vehicle. I guess the good news is we got a $10 discount for the 2 hours he did not spend working on the car.
