I would not recommend this business for anything, he is all blow and no go. Did not show up when he said he would. Left my home halfway done, and has stopped all communication with me.

Donald Jackson, Sr and his wife, Sarah Jane Pumphreys Noried Jackson, are scam artists, crooks, and thieves. They took a $10,000 deposit and did very minimal work before “ghosting” us. We should have realized that when they would drive 3-4 hours to the Bay Area to pick up a check and then cash it immediately at a check cashing site, they were bad news and not reputable. Also, they insisted that the check be made out to the wife's name, not to the business. Very very sketchy people. Do not hire West Coast Custom Furniture and Finishes or Donald Jackson Jr and his wife, Sarah Jane Pumphreys Norried Jackson. They will steal your money and post pictures of the vacations that they took using your money on Facebook!!! Re the quality of their work: I wouldn’t know...all he did was demo and leave a mess.....DO NOT HIRE!!!!!

The Washoe County D.A. is looking for victims to come forward with information. Please contact them!!! He is currently locked up. Charges are adding up. Please, if you have lost money, contact the D.A. He needs to stay locked up so he can never do this again. They say restitution may be hard to get, but worth a try.

My review mirrors the others. They will take your money and run with no work being done. Do not hire or let them near your property.

Like others, we received the same treatment with this company. Although they did mostly complete the project, after a year the work seems to be decent but lacks the details. The underside of our cabinets did not get painted, they half assed some trim on our cabinetry, they left gouges unfixed in our bamboo flooring and the cabinet doors are now starting to fall off because they used 1/2" screws to secure them. They left our back door without a seal but promised to fix it. When they demoed they left huge holes in our wall that they plastered and I had to go back later, cut out the drywall and replace it because the plaster they used was cracking and falling off the wall. Excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't make it & multiple promises to show up followed by some of the excuses I remember. His father died, Don was sick on his death bed, Marriage ceremony in Vegas after the death of his father. All valid excuses, but after reading reviews they may be fabricated. I honestly felt for the guy because he was so sincere. At the end of the project I paid for a couple hundred feet of trim to match what they put around the house and never received the product. I do not recommend this company. Their promises fall short of expectations to say the least.
