      So sorry about your experience here. We cannot speed up the process of when your email comes to us as we are in a metal building, and we are not to sure what "smell" you are talking about as we clean this store and constantly wipe the counters down. We did pay for your printing you needed done from us. Again, we apologize for your experience. Have a good day.
