Staff is excellent sent out reminders of upcoming appointments and wish us a happy birthday.
*update* I'm pleased to report that my feedback has been heard, they are now using screensavers and locking their computers before leaving the exam rooms.
Thank you for taking the steps needed to protect my medical records
BUT. . . . I do have an concern about my data being breached or compromised by a stranger, as the DOCTORS (not the admin staff) don't seem to protect their patient's records. They leave computers unlocked showing other patients medical records. I was left unattended in examination room with an unlocked computer showing the previous patient's medical records.
Its basic HIPAA expectations to secure your patient's private health information.
I hope in this next upcoming visit they take steps necessary to protect future patient's personal identifiable information. If so I will gladly revise this review. If not then I cannot fully recommend visiting this Optometry.
Dr Robertson and Koenig you've got a great staff. Please don't blow it by forgetting to do something as simple as preforming a simple keystroke to lock your computers (CTRL L)

This place is OK. The eye doctor is OK. The glasses are overpriced. I've had better experiences at lenscrafter. They are nothing to brag about. Not going back.

Love this place! The staff is amazing, attentive, and welcoming. If you need a glasses in good hands, this place is for you.
