        We loved our experience here. We are traveling across the country and after reading the poor reviews and the witty comebacks we had to stop!!. The lady working( sorry I did not ask her name) was pretty funny about the poor reviews. She treated us well.

        I understand the business perspective from their standpoint but when I brought in items and was offered 20% worth, including the depreciation value, it was a rip off! Never going there again

        I would give no stars but I have to give one to post this. 3 times I have been to ruby Mtn pawn and all 3 times they only offered me 5% pawn price on my new stuff. I told the lady she lied on the phone as well and I won’t be coming back. They were very rude ladies She says good we don’t want you as a customer anyways. Long story short. I brought in over 1500 dollars worth of tools all Mac and Matco. Brand new. And was only offered 19 dollars lmao. This place is a total ripoff. I’d go to the other pawn Sierra jewelers they treat you good and give you a fair price.
