OfficeMax - Print & Copy Services

At the last minute last night our printer ran out of toner, we have to drive 25 mins into town to get to Office depot and we pulled up 5 mins before they are to close at 8 PM(keep in mind we tried to call on the way to alert them we were coming but couldn't get through to an associate). The person closing the store watches us pull up and pulls the gate down 5 mins early. Horrible service. In a small town they want us to buy local and support local but they won't support us. Not to fear this won't happen in the future, we have setup toner on subscription with Amazon.

I have to give a shout out to Liz! This woman completely understands customer service! Every single time I frequent this store, mainly because Liz is so helpful, I am always impressed with her. She's super friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes whatever I need to do quick and easy. I worked for Nordstrom for 6 years and customer service was engrained in me from day one. It's something you can't unlearn. I hope you guys know the gem you have working in your store. She's an absolute keeper. You can't really teach someone to be like her. She's the reason I shop there. Thank you Liz! You're amazing!
