I will not use any other towing company in Elko, County. I called one night and one of the owners came out on I-80, west of Carlin and took me to Elko. It was very cold outside and he had me get in his truck and wait. He knew exactly what to do and didn't play around. It took about 5 minutes total.

We were stuck at 12 mile hot springs. Called towing company they said they were on their way to tow us out. Called to see where tow truck driver was he said he was in his way. I received a call from another guy saying he couldn’t get a hold of his driver, I told him I had just spoke with the driver and he said he was on his way. The dispatcher informed me that the driver wasn’t on his way to us that he was fighting with his girlfriend and he was the owner and there was nothing he could do for us

This was the worst experience ever, rude. Tow driver took off with my husband in car on back of truck and left me with my walker on side of road. Very unprofessional. Hope nobody uses them, very dangerous

Apparently they were too busy to help, waited four days then had to give up and leave town. Can't even say he was friendly on the phone... Real "Local" attitude- wouldnt recommend for outsiders
