        First off I want to say, I'm really comfortable with computers,.. I don't want to say I'm a guru, but I definitely know more than the average joe. My Asus laptop failed on me,.. well let's say windows failed and I was stuck trying to get windows back on, after 3 days of exhausting all my options, I was left with a missing media driver message that would hault the installation of windows! With no sight of getting past this issue, I had no choice but to swallow my pride and call it in! Matt is the GO-TO guy! My computer is my life and I really almost lost hope! If you encounter a serious boot problem with your computer or laptop, give matt a call! Exceeded every expectation I had, and restored my laptop without all the Asus bloatware that it came with!
