I purchased a car in Texas and the night before I was to fly out to pick it up I was informed that I needed proof of insurance in the State I was taking it to. I had just moved from CA 2 weeks earlier and had not transferred our insurance to NV. I contacted the office and had the insurance in place, and the proof of insurance emailed to me, in about an hour. Thank you for your excellent service.

I am unable tp purchase the quoted home insurance at this time, but Patti Dakus was most professional, kind, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable Agent! I would HIGHLY recommend her for ANY insurance as she will personalize it for your needs in a very pleasant & caring way!

I have been with Allstate Insurance for decades and my most recent interaction with the Carson City office involved working with Patti Dacus, Agency Manager, to obtain an insurance policy for my daughter's townhouse. At every step of the way, Patti has been extremely responsive and exhibited the highest levels of professionalism. She was able to put together a policy that includes excellent coverage and a very affordable premium. Based on the level of service I have received from Patti, it is unfortunate that I am not able to give her 6 stars.
