REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: I did contact your P.R. department but like timothy howes you did NOT listen to a word I said - You FALSIFYIED my AMA reason. I went AMA because I didnt trust the medical care by that man, NOT because of after waiting 7 hours in great pain I got tired of waiting!! But enjoy whatever makes you look better but I WILL NOT BE BULLIED BY ANYONE. Say how about REFUNDING ME the $90.00 I paid for NOTHING? I want a REFUND They have some few Good Doctors but for the most part the C- medical students have found a spot at CTH. That ER guy timothy howes I had the misfortune to be assigned to is an Arrogant, Disrespectful Horrid Little Man. Hes a Poor excuse of a Dr., so Bad I went AMA even though I was in very bad pain.

This place is the worst health care facility in Nevada if not the nation they are completely incompetent, my health care provider took over a month and dozen calls to get my prescription refilled that the doctor allegedly refilled on my physical they do not take any responsibility I will be filing a claim with the medical board and Changing providers immediately! Dont risk your health or sanity go to Reno for your health care needs if you can!

If I could give you a minus 0 I would. I was scheduled for surgery two weeks ago and was sent over for pre op EKG AND BLOODWORK. At that time I was asked for insurance card and THEY NEVER SAID THEY DIDNT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. Breanne in billing called me 4 days before my surgery and told me they dont accept my insurance. Ummm dont you think I should have been told that before I utilized your services which now I have a huge bill? Breanne also would not return ANY OF MY CALLS AND AVOIDED ME UNTIL MY DR OFFICE EMAILED HER SHE GAVE JILL HER SUPERVISOR NUMBER FOR ME TO CALL!!! I left Lisa the supervisor messages and SHE STILL HASNT CALLED! WHERES THE ACCOUNTABILITY? Ive been told Carson Tahoe does this frequently and I call this fraud. And I will be calling BBB AND GEORGE in Vegas whos an investigator for the medical board. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW I WROTE ONE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND IT WAS ERASED. I will keep putting this review back on here and I have records. IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST THAT YOU LEAVE THIS UP YOU ARE FRAUDULENT AND PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW.

Is this place even real? Got a random txt from them trying to confirm an appointment, I dont even live in this state. Even though they txt my number they said they couldnt look anything up off my number they txted. Asked for first , last name, and then when they asked for date of birth I wised you and hung up. Scam Beware.

Dr. Howe should not be practicing medicine. He is a rude and a liability for the hospital. Complaint to the medical board will be followed.
