Awful. Used to be a happy loyal customer until they switched managers and went down hill. First, i rented an apt washer and dryer that was supposedly brand new but showed up with the dryer door broken, not able to close and not drying. The delivery person then put it together halfway and said its done. My husband had to later fix it. I pay for insurance on everything. I called in regards to my 55 inch that was accidentally broken. I was told repeatedly that my insurance would cover repairs and they would even give me a loaner until it was fixed. When my husband called to bring it in for said repairs he was told oh no we cant fix that. We still had to keep it and continue paying after that as well! On top of that we paid another $500.00 to buy a tv from Walmart, too!!!! We have been since then told an employee was the district manager when in fact the district manager wasnt even on the property. My husband was harrassed by a delivery driver at the check cashing location recently. And just yesterday the same delivery driver, a very large man, I am 5'6 harrassed me at work. He walked into my job pretended to want to be a customer wanting information in his rentacenter van too, and left. Less than 30 minutes later this same man calls and uses our encounter at my place of business to threaten me and my job. As I said he is an intimidating large man running around threatening a smaller wpman around down pretending to ne a district manager. The real district manager, apparently was made aware of this and appears to have no problem with this and the fact that I am considering a restraing order. They will harass, threaten and more after they lie and cheat you!

There are to many places that just want the money. To few are willing to help the customer. They do it, with a smile.
