The absolute best customer service from the sales Rep Mike to the ladies in the front office to my installer Eric. After calling five local companies and getting no return phone call from 2 companies and then appointments set 12 days from my phone call to Anderson to Anderson just not showing up then Duke plumbing/heating sent a young kid out who shorted out and melted my whole electrical and relays and refused to communicate with me or send someone out to repair the damages or even address the issue I called Capital Control. I had used Capital Control about 10 years ago with excellent results but I read Yelp reviews which were not good and instead of calling Capital Control and discussing the bad reviews I called other companies. Very bad costly decision on my part. I called for an estimate on a new furnace and Mike showed up on time three days after I called and he was such a great estimator to work with and decide on my furnace. The installation appoint was made for one week ahead and Eric showed up early and did a beautiful clean excellent install, he left the area clean of all debris and even vacuumed! I’m over the moon with happiness after the debacle of other companies complete lack of the concept of doing good dependable service. If you read a bad review on Capital Control Systems call them and talk to them! In the northern Nevada area there isn’t a superior company. From 10 years ago for my rental to today they out performed everyone. Services: Installation, Heating system installation

Installed a Generac backup generator for my home. Once started, the installation was completed in good order and in competent fashion. They clearly know what they're doing!

Really excellent service. Appointment was made within 12 hours of my online request -- friendly office person doing that work -- Luis came out on time and was able to diagnose the problem, even though we have a really old system. Really pleased with the service and professionalism!
