        I bought my sf6 this year. I have had run into some issues. It’s not always easy to resolve. I had a issue this week and I just want to give a big shout OUT to Tony. He walked me through everything and every possible issue it could be. He was knowledgeable and kind and got to the problem of the issue. He walked me through till we found a solution. I’m super grateful for Tony’s time and patience with me while I navigated new things I had to learn on the way to fixing the problem. Also I’m super happy with my sf6. It’s a beautiful roaster.
