      image Extremely poor excuse for "customer service". Denise informed me she was not concerned about having poor customer service after telling me that the form on their website that I submitted to ensure my payments were made "isn't their form". They didn't have the decency to call me and tell me that when they received it in the mail, though. It is a shame this is the only power option out here, as I have no real choice but to continue being their disgruntled customer.
